Tri 4 Life Team Cycle 2800 miles across the USA

Congratulations to everybody involved with the TRI 4 LIFE USA Challenge 2012.

The Tri-4-life team  set their sights on America after raising thousands of pounds for charities by completing endurance feats in the UK and Europe, including marathons, triathlons and Ironman challenges.

A team of 17 cyclists have riden 2,800 miles in 21 days, across 10 states and through 12 cities – to raise money for charitities such as the British Heart Foundation, Stick ‘n’ Step and End Polio Now

The team  included Ryan Hanlon, sprint distance triathlon world champion.

Along the way the junior Tri-4-Life team hosted shows  to raise awareness and promote the importance of living a healthy lifestyle , attended by representatives of Congress and city mayors.

The riders  set off from Washington D.C. on August 13, after receiving a tour of Capitol Hill and meeting with representatives of Michelle Obama’s charity Let’s Move. And finished in Los Angeles,
